A change management expert turned consultant

Jennifer Dieter has an impressive resume with years of experience helping businesses navigate complex organizational changes. She started Volu Services after years as a part of a consulting firm. Specializing in change management for healthcare companies, she needed a site that showcased her resume and detailed her philosophy and methods.

The logo Jen’s designer created inspired the concept for the site, what symbolizes change better than a caterpillar turning into a butterfly? My favorite part of this site design was the use of the gradient backgrounds, a subtle nod to the change that Volu Services helps to guide.

Note: Clients have full ownership of their sites once they are completed so I don’t link to live sites because I can’t guarantee that the site has remained how I designed it.
